In total, the property offers 1 bedroom alongside the living and sleeping area, 1 bathroom, and a 12 m2 furnished terrace accessible from both main rooms.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
