It is important to note that this double bedroom is located outside the main apartment. The living and dining room is a welcoming shared space featuring a flat screen television, with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
