On the ground floor, a welcoming living and dining room features a Scandinavian wood stove, used for decorative purposes only, a dining table, and a television, with direct access to the terrace. A fully equipped open kitchen opens onto the terrace and is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower, and a fan, with its own access to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each feature 2 French beds measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a fan. A third bedroom on this floor is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a fan. A bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor.
