On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall featuring a separate WC. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and opens directly onto the terrace. A first bedroom includes a dressing room and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This room connects to an interconnecting room featuring 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, along with a veranda with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, with direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and includes a dining nook with access to the veranda. A bathroom completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find a third bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC.
