A flat screen TV is also present in this living space. The studio opens directly onto a private west-facing terrace of 6 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a partial view of the sea. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
