The villa features a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, as well as an exit leading to the swimming pool. There are three bedrooms: one with two beds (140 cm, length 190 cm), a shower, and air conditioning; another with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, with an exit to the garden; and the third with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, including Nespresso capsules. The villa also has a separate WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
