The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
