You will stay in a spacious 7-room farmhouse spanning 220 square meters across two levels. The property offers comfortable and beautiful furnishings, including a lounge area with a television (flat screen) and an exit leading to the terrace. The dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, although it is solely decorative. On the ground floor, you'll find a large room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, with an exit to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a dining table and an exit to the terrace. There is also an additional shower/WC on the ground level. Upstairs, you'll discover four bedrooms: one with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and an exit to the terrace; another with a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC; the third with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and an exit to the terrace; and the fourth, spanning two levels, with a bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and an exit to the terrace.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
