On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a purely decorative purpose, and provides direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this space, the fully equipped open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living area. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own hand-basin, a shower, and air conditioning. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.
On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are available, each equipped with air conditioning. The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third is a cosy smaller room with characterful sloping ceilings, furnished with a single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared bathroom with WC serves the upper floor.
The property also benefits from 2 outdoor terrace spaces. The first is a large 20 m² terrace with south-facing and west-facing orientations, while the second is an equally generous 25 m² terrace, partly roofed, positioned to face north and east.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
