On the ground floor, an entrance hall welcomes you into a bright living room of 17 m2, featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decoration and a flat-screen television. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table is also located on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a private shower room with WC and a flat-screen television. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms each feature a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while a third bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with a separate WC serves the upper floor bedrooms. All 4 bedrooms benefit from individual air conditioning units, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout your time at the property.
