The apartment is equipped with a kitchen that has 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also an exit leading to the balcony from the kitchen. Other amenities include a bathroom, a separate toilet, electric heating, and a 7 square meter balcony with a south-east facing position. The balcony is furnished, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley from there. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine and internet access (WiFi, extra).

Please note that this property is strictly for non-smokers only. The TV only receives French channels. There is a smoke alarm installed in the apartment. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
