The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and houses all 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and is served by a private bathroom. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and also opens onto the balcony. A shower room and a separate WC complete the upper floor facilities. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
