You will be staying in a 4-room house with a total area of 75 square meters. The beautiful furnishings include a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, and an exit leading to the garden and terrace. There is a walk-through room with two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. Additionally, there is one room with two beds of the same dimensions (90 cm x 190 cm) and another room with a double bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The house comes equipped with an open kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Other amenities include a shower, separate toilet, electric heating, a 15 square meter south-facing terrace with terrace furniture, and a view of the sea. For your convenience, a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet are also provided.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
