One room features two single beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a separate toilet, and a shower, with access to the terrace. Another room has a double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), a shower, and a toilet, leading to the garden.

The fully-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine (extra). There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of one room with a double bed (180 cm, length 190 cm), a separate toilet, shower, and air conditioning, with access to a balcony.
