The apartment comes with an open kitchen that is fully equipped with a dining table, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Expresso) are available at an extra cost. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
