The first bedroom is furnished with 1 bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm and 1 set of bunk beds with 2 berths measuring 90 cm by 190 cm each, making it an ideal room for children or additional guests. It is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning. The second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and is also fitted with electric heating and air conditioning. The third bedroom likewise offers 1 double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, along with air conditioning and a private shower, and benefits from a south-facing position with direct access to the terrace.

The property includes 2 bathrooms in total. One is integrated within the third bedroom and features a shower, while the second is a separate shower and WC facility available for the use of all guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
