The living room is spacious and elegantly furnished, featuring a flat screen television, a radio, and a DVD player, with direct access to the veranda. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the veranda. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a fan for additional comfort. An alcove within the apartment provides supplementary sleeping arrangements in the form of 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accommodating 2 additional guests. The large kitchen is fitted with a dining table and opens directly onto the terrace. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
