The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with Vertuo and filter capsules available as an extra, and features a bar area with its own exit to the terrace. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with individual air conditioning. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower room. The second bedroom also offers 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared shower room with a separate WC serves the second and third bedrooms on this floor.
