On the ground floor, the first bedroom faces east and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom faces west and also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and air conditioning, with a direct exit to the garden. The third bedroom faces east and is equipped with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, as well as air conditioning. A bathroom with both a bath and shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin serves the ground floor.
