It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the main building and the annex, and that one double bedroom, one room with 2 beds, and a shower room with toilet are located in the annex.

On the ground floor, the villa opens into a spacious and bright living and dining area, elegantly furnished and featuring a flat screen television, with direct access to a large south-west facing terrace of 15 m². The open-plan kitchen is accessible from the same level and also leads out to the terrace. The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms: the first is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom; the second features 1 french bed of the same dimensions (140 cm x 190 cm) and is fitted with air conditioning; the third contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning.
