The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed across the ground floor and upper floor, as well as an annex that forms part of the overall property. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the main building and the annex, and that one double bedroom, one room with 2 beds, and a shower room with toilet are located in the annex.

On the ground floor, the villa opens into a spacious and bright living and dining area, elegantly furnished and featuring a flat screen television, with direct access to a large south-west facing terrace of 15 m². The open-plan kitchen is accessible from the same level and also leads out to the terrace. The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms: the first is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom; the second features 1 french bed of the same dimensions (140 cm x 190 cm) and is fitted with air conditioning; the third contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete the ground floor bathroom facilities.

On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms are available, both with access to a south-west facing balcony of 4 m². The first upper floor bedroom contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm and is equipped with air conditioning, while the second features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm, also with air conditioning. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
