The kitchen also has a dining table and a TV with a flat screen, as well as access to the terrace. A separate toilet is available on this level.

The upper floor consists of three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a bathroom with a toilet, as well as access to a balcony. The second bedroom is a large room with a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, 190 cm long), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and access to a balcony. The third bedroom has a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and a bathroom with a toilet.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
