On the ground floor, a welcoming living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere for gatherings. An open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering, fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width, served by a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as individual air conditioning. Direct access from this level leads to a partly roofed terrace overlooking a 500 m² garden.

The upper floor hosts 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, each benefiting from a private shower room and individual air conditioning, with direct access to a balcony. The fourth bedroom on this floor is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a private bathroom with bath and WC, along with individual air conditioning. A separate WC completes the upper floor facilities.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
