You will be staying in a 5-room villa with a total area of 135 square meters. The villa features a comfortable and beautifully furnished entrance hall and a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration purposes), a dining table, and a TV with a flat screen. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and a shower/WC, also leading to the terrace. Additionally, there are two rooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long), and a shower/WC. The fourth room has two beds (90 cm wide and 190 cm long). The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table. The kitchen also has an exit to the terrace. There is a separate bathroom and a separate WC.
Amenities Included
The villa is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning. Outside, there are two large terraces with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and six deck chairs. The property also provides a washing machine, an iron, and a baby cot suitable for children up to three years old. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the villa. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
