On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 37 m2 forms the heart of the property, featuring a flat-screen TV and electric shutters, with direct access to both the terrace and the patio. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this living space, fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first 2 bedrooms, each measuring 13 m2, are individually furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each benefits from its own dressing room. The third bedroom, also 13 m2, includes a dressing room and is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
