Another room contains a single bed measuring 80 cm by 190 cm in length and a double bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm in length.

The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that includes four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a bath and a separate WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
