This space opens directly onto the garden, the terrace, and the swimming pool. A generous dining room with a dining table also provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen features an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with direct exits to the garden, the terrace, and the swimming pool. The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with air conditioning and access to the garden and terrace, as well as 1 bedroom with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The ground floor bathroom features a bidet, a separate WC, a bath or shower, and a double hand-basin.

On the upper floor, there are 3 further bedrooms, all with air conditioning and access to the terrace. The first is a room with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second is a large room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with a flat-screen television. The third is a large room featuring 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor bathroom includes a bidet, a bath or shower, and a WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
