Upstairs, you'll find five bedrooms: one room of 15 square meters with two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), another room of 15 square meters with a double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), a third room of 10 square meters with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), a fourth room of 10 square meters with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and a small room of 7 square meters with a single bed (80 cm, length 200 cm). The bedrooms on the upper floor have access to a balcony, and there is a bathroom/shower and a separate shower/WC.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
