From the living area, you have direct access to the patio. The first bedroom is a large room furnished with 1 French bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and it includes a private shower and WC as well as a fan. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also complemented by a fan. The third room is a children's bedroom featuring 1 pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons, measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, and this room provides direct access to the terrace. The property also includes a large, open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a bar area.
