The living and dining room is tastefully appointed and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor space. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also provides direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin. The apartment is served by a shower room with WC as well as a separate WC, bringing the total bathroom count to 2.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
