The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table and a flat-screen TV, and it provides access to the terrace and the swimming pool. There is also a lounge area with a panoramic window and a library, which leads to another terrace. The villa has four bedrooms: one with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, one with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and access to a terrace, and one with two bunk beds (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm) and access to a terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It features a bath/WC, a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.
