There are three bedrooms in the villa: one room with a french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, another room with a french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan, and a third room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a fan. One of the bedrooms has an exit to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace.

The villa offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It features a bathroom and a separate WC (toilet). The heating system includes electric heating and forced-air heating. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
