The living and dining area is spacious and bright, elegantly furnished and featuring a flat screen television, with direct access to a small balcony of 3 m2 that offers a pleasant view of the town. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The apartment also features an open kitchen fully integrated into the living space, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
