This elegant 6-room villa of 260 m2 is spread across 2 levels and accommodates a maximum of 7 guests, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or groups seeking comfort and space. The villa features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully between the two floors.

On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room furnished in a beautiful rustic style, complete with a dining table and direct access to the terrace. A well-equipped kitchen with a dining table also opens onto the terrace, and a separate WC is available on this floor. The first bedroom on this level features 1 bed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC, with a private exit to the garden.

On the lower ground floor, a second living room with a flat-screen television offers an additional relaxed gathering space, with exits leading to both the garden and the terrace. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC and shower, as well as access to the garden and terrace. The third bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with a bidet, also with garden and terrace access. The fourth bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm widths and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom, and likewise opens onto the garden and terrace. An additional separate WC is also available on this floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
