A second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm with a length of 200 cm and a flat-screen television. A separate studio, located in a building distinct from the main house, contains 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, a kitchen corner, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning. The main kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the studio. A separate WC and a bathroom featuring a bath, shower, WC, and double hand-basin are also available on this level.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm with a length of 190 cm and includes a shower and WC, a double hand-basin, and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the terrace. Please be aware that this bedroom is situated outside the main apartment, with no internal connecting door between the 2 separate properties.
