The main level welcomes you with a large living and dining room that includes an open-hearth fireplace for decoration only, along with a flat screen television, and provides direct exit to the terrace. The first room features a dressing room with one double bed consisting of 2 x 80 cm mattresses with a length of 190 cm, a flat screen television, and exit to the terrace. The second room contains one french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm in length and includes a flat screen television. A studio space offers 1 x 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm with a length of 190 cm, a kitchen corner, shower and WC, along with air conditioning. The main kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. This level also includes a separate WC, a bathroom with bath and shower combination, WC, and double hand-basin, with air-conditioning available. On the lower ground floor, you will discover one room with a french bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm in length, featuring a shower, WC, double hand-basin, and flat screen television, with exit to the terrace. The upper floor contains one room with a french bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm in length, a shower, WC, and flat screen television, also with exit to the terrace.
