The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a fan to ensure comfortable airflow. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also accompanied by a fan. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and a separate WC is provided for added convenience.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
