The first bedroom offers a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complete with an ensuite shower, WC, and double hand-basin, and this room also provides exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a shower. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine with capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine available as an extra. A separate WC is also available in the property. You will appreciate the large 45 m2 terrace that is partly roofed and enjoys a south-east facing position, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.
