The open kitchen is fully appointed with 5 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island, with capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) available as an extra. On the upper floor, there is 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the balcony with a separate WC and shower. An additional room features 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) with an exit to the balcony. A large terrace measuring 30 m2 with terrace furniture provides a view of the swimming pool.
