The property is configured as a 4-room house with modern furnishings throughout, creating a comfortable and stylish environment for your stay.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining area features a dining table and a flat-screen TV, providing a welcoming space for relaxation and shared meals. From this level, you have direct access to a 30 m2 terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and offering views of the swimming pool. Also on this floor, 1 large bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This bedroom is served by a private bathroom featuring a bath and shower, along with a separate WC.

The open kitchen on the ground floor is fitted with a cooking island and equipped with 5 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom features 1 French bed composed of 2 individual mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony. This room is served by a separate WC and a shower. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to a balcony.
