Access to Villa "La Figuière" is managed through the Interhome agency located in Sainte-Maxime, 3 km from the property, where the key handover takes place. Please be aware that the owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. A car is recommended for your stay, as the villa is situated in a residential area where personal transport will allow you to explore the surrounding region with ease and convenience. The swimming pool is available on a seasonal basis, operating from 1 June to 31 September.

The property features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the main level, the welcoming living and dining area is bathed in natural light and furnished with a dining table, providing an elegant space for shared meals and relaxation. From this level, you have direct access to a partly roofed 40 m2 terrace with a south-west facing orientation, as well as to the swimming pool. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom with bath and WC. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and detailed further in the amenities section. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is configured with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, accommodating up to 4 guests. This floor also includes a separate WC and shower.

On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The first features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a shower and WC, and direct access to a 25 m2 south-west facing balcony. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, a shower and WC, and also opens onto the balcony.
