A terrace exit from both the living area and the kitchen leads directly to the outdoor space and the swimming pool, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. On the upper floor, the 1st bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a corner bath, a television, and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a television, and air conditioning. The 3rd bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 1 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning. A shower and WC serve the upper floor bedrooms. The property benefits from a south-west facing position, ensuring excellent natural light throughout the day.

A television with a flat screen is located in the living room, and additional televisions are present in the kitchen and in 2 of the 3 upper-floor bedrooms, offering entertainment throughout the home. Please be aware that television channels are available in French only. For laundry needs, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron are all provided on-site. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
