The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this space, and a shower room with a separate WC completes the ground-level layout. On the upper floor, a dedicated room features 1 pull-out bed designed for 1 person, with 2 sections each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This upper level also benefits from direct access to a terrace and is served by a full bath with WC.
