The property is thoughtfully distributed between an upper level and a lower ground floor, each with its own distinct layout and access to outdoor terrace areas.
On the upper level, the main living and dining area welcomes you with an open-hearth fireplace and a television, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This space opens directly onto one of the 2 large terraces. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped and opens to a functional and comfortable living environment. The upper floor accommodates 3 bedrooms in total. 2 of these rooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both with direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom also includes 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private en-suite shower room with WC and a double hand-basin, as well as its own exit to the terrace. A separate shower room with a double hand-basin serves the remaining bedrooms on this floor.
On the lower ground floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both rooms have access to the terrace.
