The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement alongside a flat-screen television. This space opens directly onto an 8 m2 terrace, offering an inviting outdoor extension to the interior. A gallery area, measuring 140 cm, houses 1 French bed with dimensions of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from a direct exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
