From this level, you will find 3 private rooms: 2 rooms each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both with direct access to the terrace, and 1 room equipped with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complete with its own shower and WC. A large kitchen is also located on this floor, alongside a separate shower and a separate WC.

On the lower ground floor, the property offers 2 self-contained studio units. The first studio features a double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, a separate WC, a separate shower, and direct access to the terrace. The second studio is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a separate WC, a separate shower, and its own terrace access. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
