On the ground floor, a bright and inviting living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, and provides direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with a French bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm and is served by a private shower room. The second bedroom also features a French bed of the same dimensions (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), with access to a bathroom complete with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a private exit to the terrace. A large, well-appointed kitchen opens onto the terrace and is complemented by a separate WC. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. The third bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and benefits from a shower room with bidet and WC, along with access to a private balcony. The fourth and final bedroom also features a French bed of identical dimensions (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and is served by a full bathroom and a separate WC.
