The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double wall-trunk bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features 1 french bed also measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both offering generous sleeping comfort. The second bedroom also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC, providing a functional and well-organized layout for daily use.

The apartment is fully equipped to support a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
