On the ground floor, the entrance hall features a separate WC and leads into a bright and beautifully furnished living and dining room equipped with a flat-screen TV, with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from its own private exit to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and likewise opens onto the terrace. A bathroom completes the ground floor accommodation. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The first of these rooms faces north and includes a shower and WC, while the second faces south, also features a shower and WC, and offers access to a private balcony. The property further benefits from a large west-facing terrace of 50 m2 and an east-facing terrace of 30 m2, both furnished with terrace furniture and offering views of the sea.
