On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room welcomes you with beautiful furnishings, a flat-screen television, air conditioning, and a large open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes. This convivial space opens directly onto the terrace and provides access to the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, a generously sized bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own shower room, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is adjacent to the living area and also opens onto the terrace, making it ideal for indoor-outdoor living.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are available. The first features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with air conditioning. The second offers a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a shower room, and air conditioning. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is also air conditioned. A shared bathroom with WC serves the upper floor.
