This vacation rental is a fully renovated 2-room apartment of 40 m2, situated on the 3rd floor of the building and comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment was entirely renovated in 2016 and features practical yet comfortable furnishings throughout. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed, making it a versatile space for relaxation and dining, and opens directly onto a roofed terrace of 14 m2 offering a partial view of the sea. The single bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a restful and well-appointed sleeping space. The apartment comprises 1 bathroom with WC. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a 3-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
