The fully equipped kitchen is located on this level and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A Nespresso capsule-compatible coffee machine is also available as an extra. The ground floor further comprises 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
