The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The apartment includes 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating to ensure a pleasant atmosphere throughout the year. The open kitchen features an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering stays. Entertainment is well covered, with flat screen televisions available in both the living area and the bedroom, though please be aware that the television signal is available in French only. A washing machine is provided for added convenience during longer stays. The outdoor space includes a 12 m2 south-facing terrace and a 28 m2 south-facing garden, both furnished with terrace furniture and an electric barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
