The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

- No Penalty if the cancellation is made up to 66 days prior to the arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
